Pancakes

Molly loves pancakes!

It was such a kick to watch her dig into a stack of mini-Molly-sized hot cakes on her high chair tray. She carefully observed the suspicious stack for quite some time before testing the texture of the round spongy disks. Finally, she ran her fingers over each one to make her selection. After that, it was love at first bite. As a side note, waffles are great too, but not as user friendly as pancakes. I am looking forward to sharing the wonderful world of toppings and fillings with Molly as she gets older as breakfast is a superb meal and pancakes may be king.
