Day at the Park

We like to check out the parks around town. We have our local neighborhood park with a big area for Maile dog to run and make me laugh, two play structures to explore and a swing set. I have been on the swings before, but never the baby swings without my mom or dad. So, it was quite the occasion to sit alone in the baby swing and swing free like the birds. It felt so freeing to have the wind in my toes and sun on my back. Ahhhh! It makes my mom happy to swing with me too.

I am still working out the rhythm of pumping my legs, but I'll get the hang of it someday. For now, I'm happy just to dangle my toes, kick them with glee and swing.
